ATV's are sort of like dirt-bikes with extra stability and double the traction. And with the 4WD models it's 4x the traction. Plus they don't fall over without a sidestand, either. ATV's are growing very popular with trail riders and as utility vehicles, and since Brent traded up from an old snowmobile to an ATV he's a confirmed addict.

Brent's ride is a Suzuki LT-250R which
is a 2-stroke, 2 wheel drive model. It goes like a scalded cat. He rides
in the Ganaraska Forest and at Raglan. The unit pictured isn't his, Brent's
is painted red and has a blue seat.
On
Thanksgiving Sunday we rode from the Hwy 35/115 fork through the Ganaraska
forest to the town of Bewdly on the shore of Rice Lake. Awesome. Brent
is third from the left sitting on the LT-250, Greg is standing fifth from
the left.
This 1978 KE-100 is a great little dual-sport ride. Quiet and tame for
not-too-agressive day in the saddle. Street-legal, too!
This is a 1974 Kawasaki G-90. We put a knobby tire on the back, but it's
not really suitable for off-road riding.
