1978 Kawasaki KE-100

The first bike of the Potts clan, the KE has always been a favourite. A simple 2-stroke with auto-injection, the bike really hits its own when you get off the pavement and into the woods. It's light, and handles well at low speed. Not too loud, either. Pretty much everybody has crashed it at one time or another, but no-one has been seriously hurt. And since Kawasaki re-introduced the bike in 1986, it's easy to get parts for. We've replaced handlebars and  the rear wheel due to crash damage, and we've replaced the clutch and throttle cable due to normal wear and tear.
